This state-of-the-art convention and event venue opened in April of 2021, making it one of Michigan’s newest convention and event venues.
It boasts an impressive 37,700 square feet of meeting space, including a 16,550 square foot clear-span ballroom and up to 13 breakout
rooms.
Not only is the VanDyk Mortgage Convention Center conveniently attached to the newly remodeled hockey area, but it’s also adjacent to the
Delta Hotel by Marriott, Shoreline Inn, and the historical Frauenthal Center. Plus, it’s surrounded by an array of first-class restaurants and
businesses in the heart of vibrant downtown Muskegon.
